This integration aims to improve accessibility to drop point and courier services, making it easier for users to send packages via the MyTelkomsel app. More than 160 million Telkomsel mobile and home internet customers can now enjoy J&T Express delivery services that are convenient, fast, and secure, directly through their mobile devices.

How to Send Packages with J&T Express via MyTelkomsel:

1. Open MyTelkomsel - Daily & Productivity - J&T Express Quick Order

2. Fill in sender and recipient details

3. After completing the payment, users will receive a shipping barcode

4. Two delivery methods are available:

• Drop off the package at the nearest J&T Express Drop Point and show the barcode to the staff

• Request a pickup by a J&T Express courier and show the barcode to the courier

  
  

J&T Express is also offering a 20% shipping discount exclusively for MyTelkomsel users. The discount is applied automatically to every transaction made through the MyTelkomsel app, without the need to enter a voucher code.
