Organized by SWA and Business Digest, this award shows the company's best performance in terms of satisfaction, loyalty and level of brand advocacy, based on customer evaluations through an assessment based on survey results that have been conducted on 5000 respondents in 6 major cities in Indonesia including Medan, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya and Makassar.
