J&T Express Wins WOW Brand 2024 Choice of Gen Z

J&T Express, as a young, active and warm delivery service company, succeeded in winning a special award for the brand most recommended by customers in the WOW Brand Award 2024 in the Courier Services category. This award confirms J&T Express' position as the best brand chosen by Gen Z. At an event organized by MarkPlus Inc through MarkPlus Insight. J&T Express received the Gold Champion title, confirming its commitment as a favorite brand in the courier service industry in Indonesia.

"We continue to consistently develop branding strategies that are relevant and attractive, to be able to meet the expectations and needs of young, intelligent and dynamic consumers. This effort is one of the foundations for strengthening positive brand awareness. We appreciate the 2024 WOW Brand Award given by Markplus.inc to J&T Express. This achievement is our motivation to continue to improve the quality of service in delivery and develop various ways to get closer to customers," said Herline Septia, Brand Manager of J&T Express.

The survey was conducted with more than 3,000 respondents throughout Indonesia using elements from the 5A customer journey concept in the book by Philip Kotler, Hermawan Kartajaya, and Iwan Setiawan entitled Marketing 4.0 with measurement stages namely Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, and Advocate. Through these measurements, it shows that J&T Express is one of the best delivery service brands that is growing and has the advantage of branding to Gen Z.

In the current era of digitalization, technology integration is one of the key factors that is able to attract the interest of Gen Z. Service providers who offer the latest technological solutions, efficiency, ease of access and personal experience are some of the needs that shape the Gen Z community's trend towards delivery services.

J&T Express as a brand continues to follow current trends to answer customer needs. Attractive, warm and active visual communication design in the use of social media is one of J&T's synonymous relationships. Apart from that, campaign programs that often involve Gen Z, such as J&T Fashion Week, J&T Youngpreneur and the J&T Super Seller business competition, have succeeded in gaining enthusiasm from more than thousands of student SMEs who are Gen Z.
