Entering the Third Year, J&T Express Wins the 2018 Top Brand Award

Entering its third year, J&T Express as an express company focused on e-commerce delivery in Indonesia won the prestigious 2018 Top Brand Award in the courier service category organized by Marketing Magazine. The award which was held at Hotel Mulia - Senayan, South Jakarta was given based on the results of a survey conducted by the survey agency Frontier Consulting Group by stating J&T Express received the TOP title in the category of shipping services.

Phase 2 Index surveys are conducted regularly every year covering 250 categories by taking a sample of 12,000 people simultaneously from the cities of Jabodetabek, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Malang, Denpasar, Palembang, Pekanbaru, Medan, Makassar, Manado, Balikpapan, Samarinda and Banjarmasin. This survey was conducted in the April-May 2018 period with three parameters namely Mind Share, Market Share and Commitment Share reported in the July 2018 edition of the marketing magazine stating that J&T Express as one of the brands that received the Top Brand title with an index of 13.9%.
