Jakarta, March 12, 2020 - The outbreak of the Covid 19 virus, known as Corona, which occurs in almost all countries makes every citizen alert, especially when the Indonesian government announces the first case in Indonesia. In response to this, J&T Express operates a number of standards to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus epidemic in operational activities that have been carried out since early March 2020.

Not forgetting that the crucial part is the J&T Express sorting center, which is regularly carried out with disinfectants to maintain the sterility of work areas and packages that previously crossed various cities.

Not only in the form of internal prevention, J&T Express also feels the need to provide support to all ranks who are struggling to deal with the Covid 19 virus by distributing donations in the form of more than 25,000 units of personal protective medical devices, saftey goggles gloves and a number of other equipment. This assistance was sent directly using the J&T Express operational car to the Gatot Soebroto Pusat Angkatan Darat Hospital (RSPAD).

"We feel that running this prevention is not enough for J&T Express alone and we want to do more for the people of Indonesia. On this occasion J&T Express distributed donations in the form of personal protective equipment (PPE) through RSPAD, we hope this assistance can be used and utilized for those who are more in need, "added Robin.

This assistance is a tangible form of J&T Express wants to provide a good service to others in the face of an increasingly widespread corona virus epidemic. Deputy Head of the Presidential Hospital RSPAD Gatot Subroto, Brig. Gen. dr. Albertus Budi Sulistya, Sp. THT-KL., MARS also delivered a speech and thanks in the symbolic handover.
