We hereby inform you that as of March 14, the free J&T Express hotline number at 0800 100 1188 is no longer accessible and will be changed to 021 021 8066 1888 with a paid tariff adjusted to the calculation of each customer communication operator. This change is based on the limited capacity of receiving telephone from the previous hotline, so that by changing the new hotline number we can improve services for J&T Express customers.

In connection with these changes, the J&T Express hotline continues to strive to provide maximum service by staying operational 365 days and 24 hours without holidays, including weekends and national holidays. Apart from the hotline, all reports and complaints relating to services, package monitoring, claims, to criticism and suggestions can also be delivered via our representative email at [email protected]. While shipping activities, check rates, and package monitoring can still be accessed through the website at www.jet.co.id or the J&T Express application on the playstore and on the appstore.
