J&T Express customers, as well as our respected Indonesian people,
We have received some input regarding the customer gathering we held on Monday, October 23, 2017.
Some of these inputs asked us to be more sensitive regarding the diversity of the customers present at the event.
We agree and we apologize for what may have offended some communities, cultures and religions in Indonesia.
This is a mistake we will not make in the future.
Once again we apologize for the incident, and we thank you for the input we will live in earnest.
