Information on Delivery Time Adjustment

Dear All J&T Express Customers,

We would like to inform you that there are shipping constraints with the following details:


  • Due to the application of the Work from Home system throughout Indonesia, delivery constraints have resulted in a number of buildings, offices, shopping centers, schools, and other entertainment venues.

  • There are delays in sending packages to Natuna/Ranai and Tarempa/Anambas Islands, Riau Islands Province, which were caused by the limitations of sea and air transportation due to uncertain schedules. 

  • There is a delay in sending packages to the Arjasa Islands, Sumenep Regency, East Java Province due to the absence of ship transportation caused by the repair of the pier until an unspecified time limit.

  • There is delay in sending packages from Ambon to Saumlaki City and vice versa, Tanimbar Islands Regency, Maluku Province, was due to limited air and sea transportation caused by bad weather.

  • There was a delay in packet scans that occurred on Simeulue Island, Aceh Province due to the absence of an internet network caused by earthquake shocks, resulting in damaged network fiber cables and breaking the fiber optic cables located on the seabed at km 23.8 off the coast of Bakongan to Simeulue Island.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Muara Telang District, Makarti Jaya District, Muara Padang District and Air Salek District, Banyuasin Regency and Sungai Lalan District, Musi Banyuasin Regency and Air Sugihan District, Ogan Komering Illir Regency, South Sumatra Province, which was caused by damaged and muddy main road access. 

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Mandonga District, Kendari Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Sukajaya District, Sabang City, Aceh Province, due to the inaccessibility of the main road due to fallen trees and bad weather.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Marbau District, North Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There was a delay in sending packages to North Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra Province caused by the earthquake.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Ngadirojo and Sudimoro sub-districts, Pacitan regency, East Java province because the main bridge access could not be passed due to landslides.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to the Campur Darat and Besuki Subdistricts, Tulungagung Regency and Sumbermanjing Wetan District, Malang Regency, East Java Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, which was caused by the flood disaster. 

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Tempursari District, Lumajang Regency, East Java Province, which was caused by the flood disaster.

  • There are delays in sending packages to Central Katingan District, Katingan Regency and Antang Kalang District, Telaga Antang District and Tualan Hulu District, East Kotawaringin Regency, Central Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending the package to Pasir Limau Kapas District, Rokan Hilir Regency, Riau Province due to the absence of speedboat transportation caused by the Sembah Sayur Event.

  • There are delays in sending packages to Matang Kuli District, East Pirak District, Paya Bakong District, Tanah Luas District, Cot Girek District, and Lhoksukon District, North Aceh Regency, Aceh Province, which were caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Sekatak Subdistrict, Bulungan Regency, North Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Nanga Pinoh District, Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Pangkajene District, Pangkajene Regency and the Islands of South Sulawesi Province caused by the flood disaster.

  • There is a delay in sending packages to Manggala District, Makassar City, South Sulawesi Province on 08 to 09 October 2022 due to road access being temporarily closed due to road repairs.

  • There was a delay in sending packages to Pasar Minggu District and Cilandak District, South Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province caused by the flood disaster.
