J&T Express, an express delivery service brand that focuses on e-commerce business, won the Wow Brand Award for the courier service category for the second time. This virtual award was held in a series of Wow Brand Festive Day 2021 events on March 25, 2021 with the theme “The Art of Branding in Recovery Period”.
The survey, which was conducted on 5,800 respondents in several major cities in Indonesia, refers to the WOW Marketing concept which is adopted from Prof. Philip Kotler, Father of Modern Marketing and produced awards given to 300 brands with high awareness that have been recommended by consumers. As a brand entering its sixth year of establishment, J&T Express has proven its brand as one of the most recognized express delivery services in Indonesia with this award.
“We really appreciate the 2021 Wow Brand Award which was again given to J&T Express. Strengthening brand position in the midst of a pandemic is not easy, but J&T Express continues to strengthen its brand through digital marketing strategies and continues to tighten operation and service with standardized health protocols. Being consumer's choice in the midst of a pandemic has become our motivation to continue to commit and optimize excellent service for all customers, " said Herline Septia as Brand Manager of J&T Express.
During this pandemic and recovery period, J&T Express continues to strengthen its brand and positioning by improving and implementing through social and digital media platforms to keep in touch with customers and target market in the midst of this difficult situation. Various J&T Express programs intended for loyal customers and target markets that previously were also run offline are now being adapted to be online and even held as hybrid (online and offline) program.
