Early in the morning, while most people are still getting ready to start their day, Muhammad Ridwan is already on his way to the Bogor Utara Drop Center. By around 5:15 a.m., he begins preparing for his day as a J&T Express sprinter before heading out to deliver packages to customers.

But being a sprinter is not Ridwan’s only responsibility. Behind the J&T Express uniform is also a university student who continues to pursue his studies alongside his work. Balancing work and college has become part of his daily routine, especially as he also works to support his parents while pursuing his own dreams.

This journey began when Ridwan first started college. Back then, without a personal device to work on his assignments, he would often go to an internet café to get his coursework done. Whether after work or whenever he had some free time, he would sit in front of a computer and work on his assignments. It may have been a simple solution, but it taught him to find his own way to keep his studies going despite the challenges.

Today, his days are still divided between delivering packages, supporting his team, attending classes, and completing his assignments. Balancing work and college is not always easy, but over time, Ridwan has learned to manage both, one day at a time.

At work, Ridwan is also known as someone his team can rely on. Fajar Rifaldi, SPV of the Bogor Utara Drop Center, describes Ridwan as a dependable team member who is always willing to lend a hand when needed.

For Ridwan, both work and college require time and energy, but each serves an important purpose. On the one hand, he wants to support his parents. On the other hand, he wants to complete his education and work towards the future he envisions for himself.

His days may not always leave a lot of room for free time, but Ridwan has found his own way to make it all work, keeping his job going while keeping his college journey moving forward.
